At Aina Karée, every garment is a work of art, meticulously crafted to the highest standards of tailoring. We strive to ensure that your pieces arrive in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. However, in the rare event that something isn’t quite right, we have policies in place to ensure a smooth resolution.

We do not offer refunds, but your garment is eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:

1. You received an incorrect garment that does not match the item in your confirmation email
2. The garment was delivered with a manufacturing defect
3. The garment doesn’t fit as expected, in which case you may request a size exchange for the same piece
4. Please note that if any garment has been customised for size, colour, fit etc. it will not be eligible for a return or exchange
5. Any sale item is also not eligible for a return or an exchange

How to Request an Exchange:

• Email us at info@ainakaree.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
• Your order number
• Delivery address
• A brief explanation of the issue, along with images in case of a defective or incorrect garment.

Our team will verify your request, and once approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up. Ensure the garment is unworn, unused, and has all original tags intact. Once the returned product qualifies for quality checks, we will process the exchange or return store credit. The store credit will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit.

Customizations & Alterations: We encourage you to consult our size chart before placing an order. If you need any specific customizations for size or design, we’d be happy to accommodate your request, subject to additional charges.

Colours: We take great care to ensure that the colours of our garments are represented accurately on our website, but please be aware that slight variations may occur due to different screen displays.

Cancellation Policy:
