How long will my order take to get delivered?
We ship via registered third-party courier companies, and your order will be delivered within 8-14 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, there may be unexpected delays with your shipment. Rest assured, we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. We cannot offer refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
